@Tom: Maryland is still hundred times better than Delaware. Man, I couldn’t drive through THAT state fast enough.

@RovingPoet: I may be able to move around my work days to get some extra time off for that weekend. I have to see, the famous Red Lion Inn is already booked up there, so I’d have to stay elsewhere, maybe a bed and breakfast. As far as New England Christmas villages go, it does seem hard to top Stockbridge.

@TJSharky: I definitely want to visit NH, but Mommy would get upset about me driving that far in the snow. And Lord knows I can’t worry my Mommy too much.

Good on Stockbridge. Looked like it fit the bill. Well, the N. Rockewell museum will still be there. Maybe they’ll even have sleigh rides the week before Christmas..hope it works out.

Stockbridge looks perfect, ironically enough I had driven through the town on my way to Vermont too. Unfortunately their festival doesn’t fall on one of my extended weekends off (I get a four day weekend every other week), but on the upside, it might be less crowded if I go the week after.

I’ll have to do some research this weekend. There might be a way for me to swing this if I play my cards right…
