Yawn.

Having one of those blah days (or is it a blah life)?

Did get a whole bunch of errands done though, went on a spending spree on Amazon for some new toys I can use for geocaching and babe watching, got my car washed, the oil changed, the tires rotated, and bought some more winter gear, including cashmere gloves.

Wait, did I say babe watching? I meant BIRD watching. :D

And now that I’ve cleared my plate I’m pretty much twiddling my thumbs here, waiting for tomorrow when I start my marketing campaign. As part of my brilliant strategy to raise brand awareness for my blog, I’m also having over 100 wooden nickels printed with my name and blog link on it, which I’ll be dropping off at geocaches from time to time. Dude I’m telling you, it’s only a matter of time before I’ll be such a hot commodity that I’ll be working the morning show circuits on a regular basis. :shades:

Oh, and women still suck by the way. I was ignored by just about everyone the past weekend, including the waitress at Boulder Creek who would not look at me, talk to me, or acknowledge my existence, despite me being smiley and all kinds of nice to her. Effing whore.

But anyhoo, I’m not too bothered by it, I’ve just come to accept the fact that the Bible was wrong about the origins of women, and that it was in fact the devil himself who created them to destroy man. So you see, the story of the talking serpent deceiving Eve is actually a bit misinterpreted. The way I read it now, they were in on it together. She wasn’t deceived, she knew EXACTLY what she was doing. It was all a grand conspiracy between the mother of all whores and the father of all evil to ensure that man would experience nothing but pain and misery for all his days. And sure enough, the plot succeeded.

What? I’m not bitter. That’s not why I saying this. It’s what really happened, I know it! The science is settled! :koolaid:

Bah, I’m gonna go have dinner now.

Woman = Catty, Rude, Useless, Lying, Unconstant, Succubus From Hell

Lincoln Adams | October 8, 2008 @ 4:22 pm

It never ends, and it seems like no matter what and no matter who, women always manage to do those womenly things that piss me right the hell off and makes me want to join some kind of backwards religion that keeps women locked up in chains or some damned thing in order to prevent them from screwing up the world with their evil woman-ness.

But when I touched bases with a female blogger who seemed to acknowledge that women were inherently evil and worthy of endless flogging, I thought, “Finally, someone who gets me and understands my frustration with this abominable creation of nature that is woman.”  After trading a few emails, I ended up helping her monetize her blog with some degree of success (to the tune of a few hundred extra greens a month.)  Why?  Because I am if nothing else, an awesomely nice, studly guy.  :shades:

And then I never hear from her again.  I send several more emails.  Nothing.   Months go by.  Promises made by her are unabashedly broken.  I do her a favor, and in return I get plugged up the bonky boons.  Yep, typical woman engaging in typical womanly behavior, only one who admittedly recognized the cattiness and evilness of her gender, and then goes and does the very kind of thing that makes her kind so repugnant and worthy of dropping into a vat of boiling acid to begin with.

Ah well, lesson learned.  I will never befriend or help any kind of woman ever again no matter how decent, charming, or sweet she might be.  You are all the work of the devil and shall now and forever always be treated as such.  Burn in hell, you filthy terrorists of Satan!!!

(Now if you’ll excuse me, my Mommy needs me to pick up some groceries for her…)

Who Owns Google?

Lincoln Adams | October 25, 2007 @ 1:19 am

This recent screenshot of Google’s share price last Monday might offer a few clues:

:wideeyed:

Update: For those who seriously wanted to know, Google was founded by Sergey Brin and Larry Page. It’s current CEO/Director is Eric E. Schmidt. Since it launched an IPO in 2004, Google is largely owned by stockholders, though no one as of yet has claimed a majority share of Google’s stocks.

Need an Attorney?

Lincoln Adams | September 20, 2007 @ 7:09 pm

God help you if you ever need an attorney, but just in case you do, the aforementioned link might be a good place to start.

Well maybe. For a site that touts itself as being a directory for the “Top Lawyers of America,” there’s not much info here to indicate why these particular lawyers might be worth your time. The directory is very sparsely populated to begin with, and while a forum is also available here, there’s been no activity on the message board since last May.

By all appearances though, this is simply an underexposed commercial directory where attorneys pay a fee to have themselves listed, though to the site’s credit, they do include a review and ratings systems for visitors who may have perused the services of these attorneys and would like to report their experiences with them. The sparse number of reviews found here seems not to be the fault of the site owners, but rather because of the directory’s lack of exposure. Regardless, the ratings systems allows visitors to voice opinions that can potentially inform us as to whether a particular lawyer is either worth our time (and hard earned money), or whether he should be avoided for being an evil spawn of hell that only the devil himself could love.

Given that a field such as law seems to have far more bad seeds than humanity could ever tolerate, websites that at least attempt to make an effort to sift the good from the bad deserve to have a chance to succeed. By all appearances, this directory still has a long way to go, but use a little web design consulting to polish its looks, and bring in an expert on SEO and marketing to help it gain more exposure, and we might just have a winner here. :D
