Click Bank was the bank connected and despite e-mails galore over the past 6 months or so, I have yet to receive a refund. Can anything be done about this guy? surely the law needs to step in. Who do you write to to complain. and what about this bank, how do I get action from them???? Are they involved in this scam? Since you're not in the U.S. I don't know what the process is to report a fraud, but the best thing to do is to contact your bank which handled the transaction and explain the situation, then go from there. In the meantime if you can remember the link you bought the book from, try adding /download.htm to the link and you might be able to access the page where the book is downloaded. Good luck! Errmm….
