Congrats. I didn't know we were supposed to celebrate such things on our blogs. I will have to pay close attention on my own blog because I'm getting pretty close to 1000! I'm in a similar situation as you with a secure job and good benefits, but I really don't enjoy what I do. I have some dream jobs, but right now they are just dreams because common sense prevails, particularly in this economy. I love how you want to take care of others. I’m in a similar situation as you with a secure job and good benefits, but I really don’t enjoy what I do. I have some dream jobs, but right now they are just dreams because common sense prevails, particularly in this economy.

After I graduated college it took me 18 months to find my first job. I had two college degrees and I was even turned down for a job as a cashier, and got fired once after being a florist delivery guy for only a week (after they found out I had a college education.)
