Thanks, it’s actually part of why I’m trying to give blogging a serious try. Maybe I’ll be able to earn a living this way, and pad my income via other hobbies (like photography). Guess time will tell.

Ditto! The first boss I ever had was hard to comprehend. At times she would voluntarily smile at you though sometimes you get the feeling of a dog smirking at you. At other times, you smile at her and she acts as if you don’t exist. Later, I just realized that she had the same mood with my splinter aunt. (LOL) Keep your cool, for as long as you want to keep your job, try to get by and cope with it. It sucks, you can always look for another job and a different boss but you can’t get away with it.
