And when will that be, when she shoots me???? :wall: I just got off the phone after a vicious spat with my union rep too. For people who are supposed to be advocates, they sure have a strange way of showing it. :fighting: If I speak to the director and nothing happens there, I may have to do the unthinkable: get in touch with the ACLU. :wideeyed: Thanks Casey. :D

You should look into the law on this one I reckon - I'm sure theres some employment law somewhere that says that everyone has the right to work in a friendly environment without fear of harrasment - or something like that. Or maybe thats just in the UK, I don't know. Either way, if she's making your working life hell then maybe you've got some sort of legal recourse.
