I have to agree that no man should ever 'tell' a woman anything about how to act. It can be politely suggested (the same for a woman => man)..but to 'tell', well that's another thing. If you don't believe that this country, free speech, et al, is worth fighting for...tell him to get himself a better paying job where he can at least be home with you.
